Solid State Single Photon Devices Carlos Tejedor de Paz, José Manuel Calleja Pardo, Luis Viña Liste Abstract: This subproject studies single-photon and photon-pair emitters realized in solid state systems. More specifically, we will work with (III-V and II-VI) semiconductor quantum dots, which, in some cases, will be embedded in optical microcavities. We will cover all aspects: technology, experiments, and theory. Experiment, Theory.
